PERSONAL SELF-DEVELOPMENT, TRAINING AND EDUCATION: THE PSYCHOLOGICAL DIMENSION

چکیده

The article is devoted to the psychological inquiry of personal self-development and its connection with education training. focus has been made on terminological aspect problem. It concluded that process person’s activity in social cultural environment which includes three main phases: phase adaptation; individualization; integration. There are four positions regarding relationship between training context personality self-development: indivisible processes; carried out an extracurricular form; completely outside training, but forms axiological unity it; mainly by communities groups not related field approaches development training: complete denial any training; identification these two interpretation as a dual process, including maturation (in this case, recognized broader concept than training). Personal impossible without training.Key words: Personality, Self-development, Mind, Training, Education, Culture.
